GOA: Congress accused CM Pramod Sawant of copying the Goa Golden Jubilee Development Council’s report and taking credit for the recommendations made by the 17-member committee constituted under eminent scientist Dr Raghunath Mashelkar.
State Congress chief Girish Chodankar said the seven focus points outlined by Sawant in his I-Day speech were similar to the Goa Vision 2035 document prepared by the committee.
