Delhi Lieutenant governor Anil Baijal ordered mandatory five-day institutional quarantine for all Covid-19 positive cases under home quarantine in the state.
A central government committee set up on the direction of home minister Amit Shah has recommended drastic reduction in rates charged by Delhi private hospitals for 60% of their Covid-19 isolation beds and ICU beds, both with and without ventilator support.
